Where Verporta Came From
Verporta was born out of direct experience in SAP AMS operations. Our founders managed IDoc monitoring queues, wrote ABAP exception reports, and watched skilled consultants spend their days on work that a well-trained ML model could handle.
We believe the SAP AI market has been captured by generic ITOM vendors who bolt SAP on as an afterthought. Verporta is different — built from the IDoc segment up, with SAP domain knowledge at its core.

We use LLMs only where they add genuine value — explaining root causes in plain English, querying the RAG knowledge base. The core classification and prediction engine is deterministic ML. That means auditable decisions, explainable outputs, and no hallucinated SAP transaction codes.
